Stephen N. Ashman | Stephen Ashman is Chairman of the Board of Capital Bank and its holding company, Capital Bancorp, Inc. He is also a Board member of Williams Industries, Inc., and serves on the advisory boards of several venture, mezzanine, and hedge funds. Mr. Ashman received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Florida and an M.B.A from the University of Miami. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlas Performing Arts Center and is active in several other charitable organizations.

Joshua Bernstein | Joshua Bernstein is President of Bernstein Management Corporation and its investment affiliate, Bernstein Development Corporation, where he directs the acquisition, development, management and financial activities of his companies. Mr. Bernstein owns and manages 50 apartment, office, and industrial properties totaling 5 million square feet in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Mr. Bernstein received a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. He serves as an executive committee member of the Federal City Council, and as Director of the Meyer Foundation and the United Jewish Endowment Fund.

Scot R. Browning
| Scot Browning is President of Capital Bank. Mr. Browning currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Community Ministries of Rockville and Co-Chairs the Corporate Development Committee. He is also the District Chair and member of Stetson University's Alumni Board and has recently become a member of the UMUC Graduate Financial Management & Accounting Programs Advisory Board. He has served as a member on the Board of the Rockville Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of a local Cub Scout pack and he coached HCYP girls basketball teams. Mr. Browning is a graduate of Stetson University with a major in economics and finance. He has been involved in lending in the DC Metro area since 1985, the last 6 years with Capital Bank.

Michael J. Burke | Michael Burke is a principal in York, Burke & Lee, a CPA firm based in Gaithersburg, MD. The firm provides accounting and tax services for individuals, business entities and tax exempt organizations. Mr. Burke is also CFO of Sigma Holdings International, Inc., which provides physical security consulting services to US and international business and government entities. Mr. Burke received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland. He serves as Treasurer of Computer Security Apparatus, Inc. and is on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the National Foundation for Cancer Research. In addition, Mr. Burke serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the Sovereign Military Order of Jerusalem. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Mr. Burke is also Chairman of the Audit Committee of Capital Bank.

Rory S. Coakley | Rory Coakley is President of Coakley Realty, Inc., which provides property management, leasing, appraisal and brokerage of commercial and residential real estate in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Coakley received a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University and a M.S. in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University. He serves as chairman of development for Community Ministries of Rockville, and is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Georgetown Preparatory School. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, Mr. Coakley is also Chairman of the Marketing Committee of Capital Bank.

Wayne A. Harrison | Wayne Harrison is the owner and President of H.T. Harrison & Sons, Inc., a roofing contracting establishment. He is also owner and President of W.A. Harrison, Inc., which specializes in residential and commercial maintenance and repair. Mr. Harrison received a B.A. in Economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College. He is President and a Board member of the Maryland Million. In addition, Mr. Harrison is the owner and President of Twin Oaks Stable and Board member of East West Communications.

Li-Min Lee | Li-Min Lee is a partner in Yorke, Burke & Lee, a CPA firm based in the Kentlands. The firm provides accounting and tax services to business, not-for-profit organizations and individuals. Ms. Lee received a B.A. in Accounting from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan and an M.B.A. from California State University at Long Beach. She serves as Treasurer of the alumni foundation of National Cheng Kung University.

Randall J. Levitt | Randall Levitt received a B.A. (with honors) from Brandeis University and a J.D. from Yale Law School. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington and the Executive Committee of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs.

Steven J. Schwartz | Steven Schwartz is the Portfolio Manger of Prudent Capital which invests in profitable, later-stage operating businesses. Mr. Schwartz is an attorney and certified public accountant involved in investment and management of companies in a variety of industries, including property management, broadcasting, telecommunications, software development, and wholesale distribution. Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

George H. Walker, IV | George Walker is President of OSI-MB, a District-based company engaged in ownership and management of retail concessions in the airline industry. The company currently owns two Montblanc boutiques at Chicago's O'Hare airport and Mayorga coffee stores at BWI, Dulles and DC Reagan airports. Mr. Walker earned a B.A. in Psychology from Pomona College. He is formerly a Trustee of Edmund Burke School.

James F. Whalen | James Whalen is President and owner of Investment Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate development and asset management firm. Mr. Whalen received a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Carolina. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, he is also Chairman of the Loan Committee of Capital Bank.

Frank E. Williams | Frank Williams, Jr. is Chairman and principal owner of Williams Enterprises of Georgia, a holding company controlling six subsidiaries active in various facets of the steel industry. Mr. Williams is also the principal owner of Structural Concrete Products and Industrial Allow Fabricators, LLC. Mr. Williams graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He has held leadership positions in numerous construction-related industrial and trade organizations. He serves on the Board of the AAA Mid-Atlantic Region. |
