Capital Express is Capital Bank's online banking system. You can access your accounts, pay bills, transfer funds all within this secure system 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Capital Express uses an authentication system that helps to assure that only you or your authorized users have access to your account information.
System Capabilities For Businesses:
- Manage Your Account Information With Easy Access
- Transfer Funds Between Capital Bank Accounts
- Transfer Funds From Other Banks to Capital Bank Accounts
- Originate ACH Payments for Company Payroll Batch Files or Single Payments to Others
- Pay Federal and State Taxes
- Make Domestic and International Wire Transfers
- Utilize templates to make recurring transfers quick and accurate
- Allow Employees to Access Your Business Accounts Only to the Capability and Authority You Choose
- If you choose, you can give your CPA/Bookkeeper "view only" access so they can efficiently retrieve account activity information for financial statement and tax return preparation
- Download Account Statements into Quicken/QuickBooks and MS Money
- Open one of your accounts. Choose Transactions. Choose Menu. Choose the appropriate "Export Format" from the drop down list. (Do a "file save as" in Quicken to see which format type is correct for your version of Quicken software.)
- Make Stop Payment Requests
