Capital Bank's popular remote deposit capture machine, originally called "Imaging Teller" when it was introduced in June 2005 has been renamed. It's now called the "Lonely Teller". Why the Name Change? Generic names like "deposit scanner" or "remote capture device" are, quite frankly boring. We were searching for something more memorable. Our little machine sits on our customer's desk, far away from the Bank. It misses us. When our customer feeds it with checks , it calls home. Therefore, we decided to name it the Lonely Teller. Silly? Of course, but easy to remember and empowering for customers to handle routine banking transactions at their offices, whenever they choose. And this allows our banking professionals to deliver the community bank know-how, flexibility and responsiveness that helps business grow.
Business customers can remotely deposit checks to a Capital Bank checking account directly from your office location. Checks are scanned and converted to images, funds are deposited to your account and you never need to leave your office. The system runs over secure, internet browser based software from your office. Contact the Bank today to see a free, no obligation demonstration of Capital Bank's Lonely Teller service. We will come to you!
